Live Well Planned One-on-One Coaching
Life can easily feel overwhelming. We are often spinning so many plates that we can hardly keep our to-do lists straight, much less make any meaningful progress in our lives or even take care of ourselves. It can all just feel like too much!

I get it- I've been there. It's what lead me to creating this system. And now this system I have developed has been able to help many women make sense of everything rolling around in their brains, prioritize all the things clambering for their attention, learn to use systems to keep everything straight, and establish routines to simplify and automate, as well an nourish their lives. 

I believe I can do the same for you!

So, how will this work? Well, you can look at it as highly personalized small group coaching. Each cohort has a handful of participants, in order to allow for community encouragement but also a lot of personalized guidance. This will essentially be your brain trust- a group of women who are working through the same process as you are, who you can bounce ideas off of and receive encouragement from. 

I believe that planning is very personal, and methods and systems have to be based on our individual personalities, priorities, and seasons. My job is to help you figure out what those things are and create a working roadmap from there.

What you get:

  • Access to a Marco Polo group with other members of the cohort to share about your experiences and ask questions
  • Trello Board Templates to walk you through the planning process, on which you will will collaborate with me to complete your assignments and receive next steps in the life organization process.

  • How to bulk-plan in order to decide things in advance and save yourself time and sanity
  • Insights into what planning approaches work best for you and your personality
  • How to better take care of yourself in the midst of all of life's craziness and minimize stress

Other Logistics
Each cohort is four weeks long, starting the first full week of each month. You will then have a monthly check-in for the two months following the cohort to check on your progress and answer any followup questions. You will also continue to have access to your cohort group via Marco Polo to support one another as you live out the changes you have made.

The Price: $297, with a $100 deposit required to secure your spot once you have been offered a spot.

You will be contacted at least 1 week prior to the start date of the cohort you have been accepted to to notify you of your spot and for you to accept or decline.
