Five Friday Favorites 2nd Edition

At first I wondered if I would be able to come up with five favorites each week, but so far I’m having no trouble at all! Here are the five things I am loving in this second week of November 2020, when we are all needing something to be excited about that is in no way divisive! Enjoy-

Thrive Brilliant Eye Brightener Sticks- These have become my new go-to eyeshadows! I use them as a base to layer other shadows on top of or just on their own, and I adore them! I currently use Stella and Muna together the most. An easy quarantine makeup must have! Use my link to get $10 off and free shipping on your first order of $50+.

Saiji Phone Stand- I just got this stand and am in love! It’s super easy to clamp to almost anything and the bendable arm is incredibly strong. Use this baby to Marco Polo with a friend whilst you make dinner, scroll IG without dropping your phone on your face in bed, or even while you put on your makeup in the morning and watch YouTube. The options are endless!

The Little Elephant Who Wants to Fall Asleep- This is the newest addition we have added to our collection of audiobooks that help my kids fall asleep! One of my daughters has a particularly hard time shutting down her brain at night, and this little baby is the ticket every time! We play it through her echo dot and set a sleep timer for 30 minutes. It’s less than $5 on Audible, so you really can’t go wrong!

Leslie Odom Jr- The Christmas Album- Mr., Leslie’s solo album, was one of our favorite listens of the summer and this brand new Holiday Album is to die for! My absolute favorite is Winter Song. Do not sleep on this Christmas music by our favorite Aaron Burr!

Clanlands Audiobook- As many of you I’m sure can also attest to, Droughtlander is the worst! Especially this year when it will be even longer than normal! But whether you are an Outlander fan or not, this new book that follows the adventures of Sam Heughan and Graham McTavish on their journey to film their new docuseries about Scottish Highland Clan History, Men in Kilts, is not to be missed. Their stories vary from both fun to informative, and I’m sorry, but I will never pass on the opportunity to listen to these two Scottish/English gents talk at me for 10 1/2 hours! Even my 14 year old was like, “Dude, their voices are amazing!” I know son, I know. Sigh.
