Welcome to the Live Well Anyway Podcast with MacKenzie Koppa! Today on the show, MacKenzie shares some of her best advice on getting yourself out of a slump by resetting your day first thing in the morning. Here are her tips and techniques for a morning routine that will break you out of a slump:
Have Alexa turn on you light with your alarm- makes it easier to wake up
Rebounding (jump, jump! This is the Rebounder (mini-trampoline) that MacKenzie has)
Water
Gua Sha (Great Tutorials on Instagram- @noyskincare, @wildling_beauty)
Dry Brushing- Daily Concepts Detox Massaging Brush
Oil Pulling- Use Coconut Oil or Pur03 Ozonated Pulling Solution with Peppermint
Cold Plunge at the end of shower- Follow Wim Hoff for great info on this topic
Do your make-up and hair
Get Dressed in real clothes (H&M is a great way to go)
