Be cognizant of portion sizes
Taking a TBSP of Apple Cider in a glass of water before meals
Take a walk after meals
Eat your meals in this order: Veggies, then protein, then carbs
A 2x Breath- Breath in for a count of 3 and out for a count of 6 for 1 minute
